I'm sad to have to add this page but sadly many of my photos are popping up both on the net and in publications without my permission.

The copyright of this site and all of the images on this site and of any photographs emailed or printed and supplied to you our customer is retained by Chamfron Photos.

This means that you may not copy any image on this website for any purpose, you may not copy any photograph I have supplied to you and use it for any purpose. I created the photograph and I own the photograph even though you may be the subject! When you purchase a photo you are purchasing a copy of the image retained by Chamfron Photos.

If you wish to use one of my photos on your website or to make several copies I can supply any photo as a copyright free JPeg at a very reasonable rate.

This copyright is in place so that it makes it worth my while to stand, often cold wet and slightly miserable without so much as a loo or meal break all day using top of the range (expensive!) camera equipment!!
